What the score measures
Each axis is a single-choice question with four options, weighted 0–4 –8–12. The total is the rubric Wise Forge Labs reads against in the first conversation — the same axes the deep readiness engagement instruments and the same tiers we use to scope the engagement you are looking at.
Pick the answer that fits most closely. There are no wrong answers; an honest “we don’t know” scores a 4 because the gap is what the engagement is supposed to find.
